Dr. Komanduri serves as the Director of Interventional Endoscopy and Medical Director of the GI Lab at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. The advanced endoscopy program at Northwestern is one of the busiest in Chicago with a track record for research in outcomes in endoscopy, training, ERCP, EUS, large polyp resection, and Barrett's Esophagus. He currently serves as Professor of Medicine and Surgery at the Feinberg School of Medicine and Northwestern University and is the Director of Endoscopic Training for Northwestern Simulation. Dr. Komanduri is a consultant for Boston Scientific. He the current Chair of the AGA Center of GI Innovation and Technology.
